If you’re looking to return your order we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 15 days of purchase. You can return your unused product for a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Opened product items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be in new condition and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
1. Please email us at sales@asweetsip.com with the following: Name, address, phone number, email address and order number, with reason for return.
2. Returns will be shipped back to 9233 Park Meadows Dr. #108, Lone Tree, CO 80124
Additional Information:
- It can take up to 30 days for your money to return on the card.
- Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
- Return will be processed once the product is delivered to the address above and is inspected as new condition.
